• ANR program “STR-COSMO”
ANR is a French funding agency. The program “STR-COSMO” (String
Cosmology) involves various institutes or the Paris area: the APC at
the Université Paris 7, the LPT of the Ecole Normale Supérieure,
the LPT at the Université d’Orsay and the CPHT of the Ecole
Polytechnique. One two-year position is offered within this program,
shared between the LPT – Orsay and the CPHT – Ecole Polytechnique
(one year in each institute), starting October 1st 2010.

• ERC program “MassTeV”
The ERC advanced grant program “MassTeV” (Mass hierarchy
and particle physics at the TeV scale) announces the opening of one postdoctoral
position for the academic year 2010 (starting in fall 2010) hosted at
the CPHT of the Ecole Polytechnique. The initial appointment will be
for 2 years, with a possible third-year extension.

• ITN program “UNILHC”
The European ITN program UNILHC (Unification in the LHC era) is hosted
by the CPHT of the Ecole Polytechnique. One two-year position is
offered within this program, starting October 1st 2010.

PROFILE OF THE CADIDATES
The applicants should work in the domain of theoretical cosmology
and high-energy physics (string theory, string cosmology, black-hole
physics, modification of gravity, holography, physics beyond the
standard model, supersymmetry…).
